Tencent shrugs off effect of US chip sanctions
Chinese web giant Tencent has procured a large inventory of Nvidia GPUs to support its AI development for the foreseeable future.
Tencent's AI, called Hunyuan, is already being used to improve productivity, ad targeting, and customer service.
Tencent plans to continue expanding the capabilities of its AI without needing to buy more GPUs. [ more ]
